Hey everyone!

What sort of problems do you anticipate (or are already experiencing) in terms of communicating with your employees during this event?
Are they facing any roadblocks trying to communicate between each other?
Do you have any software that you are using to help connectivity in your company?

Here at Lighthouse IT, we use 3CX for our phones so that every employee has an app to tie them into the business phone line.
We also use Microsoft Teams to communicate over text chat and video calls.

I'd really like to hear what others are doing. It may even help others with their own issues.

A few areas that we are hyper-concerned with are communication tools (such as Slack or Teams), remote meetings (we use Zoom), and secure, encrypted file sharing tools (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive).
